Drive Africa To The Light
Africa is NOT a dark continent! I understand that most of my fellow people in business encourages that people should start small and fund their small businesses to thrive. I know you mean well but you know some of us are thinking BIG businesses that will impact and change the world. For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. – Proverbs 23:7 KJV. We are building businesses that need more money and fast. Well, in Africa, people who have money see no value in businesses solely because the very people attained their large amounts wealth through connections and easy conversations.
We, on the other hand think of ways to find funders that will benefit in the long run. Do you know why most billionaires are in Asia and America of all the other places in the world? Here’s the answer: Those people invest a lot in BIG dreamers like you and I reading this article. They invest in information technology, energy, retails, fashion, manufacturing etc. They are always willing to extend a hand in financing small businesses that scales to the point that you and I resort into buying the brand, service or product on a daily basis.
Biblical Billionaires like David Green, Folorunsho Alakija, and Jin Sook & Do Won Chang have whatever a thing you can think about yet they still work and invest in people. They learn new things daily for the growth of their businesses and people.
We have heard stories of people across the continent of Africa who are monied through arranged tenders and contracts because they have the right friends in the right places. But, approach the same person and a pitch for an amount of R250,000($20,000USD). He/She will listen to you with undivided attention and promise you but you will never hear from him/her ever again and always tells you a story after another whenever you reach out. Go to their parties and see how they lavish money on wasteful lifestyle and alcohol.
Why are they not helping us so we can empower our society? People need jobs and the economy of the continent has to change for the better. The fact is, not all of us depend and blame the government, a lot of young entrepreneurs alike want to get things done through our own means and we will get there.
It is my plea that whenever you are approached by someone in honest need of money to accelerate his/her business, do your research and help out however way you can. Not only are you helping him/her out but you are changing the destiny of this continent and the world at large through your great gesture. For us to level up and compete on a international standard People like you have to get involved. Find a funding-worthy business and do the right thing, invest your money and network in it. Surprisingly you will be amazed at how many people are so creative and uplifting out there and how BIG, people dream out here.
Do not only save your money at the banks also invest it in someone who can multiply your investment it in a short or long period of time, depending on the business.
The reality is that not all of us are into trading forex but a lot of us are into building sustainable businesses that will survive more than 100 years after our passing to glory. Some of us are thinking intergenerational of work employment opportunities for our continent workforce. Some of us are thinking of ways to compete with robots that are manufactured by Chinese as a mission to cut their company costs. Some of us are thinking on how to help people grow their small businesses so they can survive another financial year.
We need you! That’s a plain reality. Get involved and help our businesses make a difference in your and our daily lives. We are tired of seeing a lousy imports of very lousy products that we can make way too better on the continent. We are gatvol of seeing international brands entering our prosperous market daily with products we can produce ourselves. All that we ever need is your honest support and humble heart. Have faith in us so we help boost our economy and hire those that are qualified for the job.
My challenge to you is to look around for a business and invest into it. Simple.
We can’t all have ideas but if you have money invest in those with ideas BIG enough to change the destiny of this continent and the world. Is as easy as that or maybe not. For once do away with clubbing and flashing the same money we need for positive changes on wasteful spending and destructive substances. Be careful – For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. – Malachi 4:1. Invest the money in us and see how ‘easy’ it is to transform this continent and the world and the lives of those who live in it.
Go and think about it. Selah!
