Be Patient! God Got You

We live in a very fast world. We want things now. We no longer want to invest years planting and growing seeds. We just want to genetically modify the seeds and reap right now. We no longer want to cook and wait for the food to be properly done. We want to pass through the window and have the food done in 5 minutes. We no longer want to invest time in relationships, we want to marry perfect partners without weaknesses, this had led to high rate of divorce. Some don’t want to invest time in their career and then get promoted, they have affairs with the boss for a promotion. This demand for more in a short period is causing us more trouble.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:”-Ecc 3:1 (NIV)

One of the biggest temptations of this generation is, we want things now but that’s not how life is. You don’t pray for financial breakthrough and in an instant become a millionaire or billionaire. There is a process God must take you through to qualify you. God answers the prayer of covenant practitioner for financial breakthrough with or through an idea (…and pour you out A BLESSING – Malachi 3:10). He will give you an idea to take you out of your poverty. The development of that idea and turning it into a million or billion dollar business require patience. There will be a time to study that idea and others who have succeeded in similar field. There will be a time to practice what you have studied. There will be times of failure. There will be times of losses, suffering and mistakes. There will be time of sleepless nights exploring the idea. And there will finally be the time of breakthroughs. When you get your breakthroughs, wealth starts pouring in (…that there shall not be room enough to receive it. – Malachi 3:10).

When you experience times of hardships don’t quit. You must be patient. Let God be God and you be you. If you make a mess, allow God to take that mess and turn it into a message. Give us today our daily bread.-Mat 6:11(NIV) God will provide for you the strength for each day as you need it. God is not interested in your greed. God wants to provide for your daily needs. He will provide you with the funding you need today to take that idea you have to the marketplace. Be patient, your time will come.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.-Mat 6:13 (NIV)

What we need to pray for is the strength to endure and to not fall into temptation. Don’t let the stress of today lead you into the temptation to give up on your dreams. Refuse to let discouragement and negativity rob you of the blessings God has for you. If you make a bad financial decision and lose your money don’t give up. You will be wiser from the lesson you learn. You will make mistakes and when you do, don’t fall into the temptation to quit. God will deliver you from the evil one. But the evil one you must conquer is the evil one within you, the evil one who says you are not smart enough – self-doubt. Conquer the evil one who says you don’t have the academic qualifications to succeed. But in all these things we are completely victorious through God who showed his love for us.-Rom 8:37 (NCV).

Keep on keeping on. You are victorious. Your time has come. God has open doors for you that no man can shut. God is turning that spaza into a retail/food store. God is turning that 10 member church into a mega church. God is turning that 1 training room into a big auditorium. God is turning that startup into a multi-billion dollar company.

Be patient and let God work on you and your success. Stay blessed my friend. I love you.
